Year End Accounts

At SAM Accountancy Services we offer the full accounting service. This can include, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, cashflow forecasting, preparation of financial statements such as Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet plus appropriate tax returns.

We will also file the financial statements according to the legal requirements. Sole Trader and Partnership accounts will be prepared along with the appropriate tax returns will be prepared and submitted once authorised by the proprietor(s).

Limited company accounts will be prepared on accordance to the requirements of HMRC and Companies House. Once completed and authorised by an appropriate director(s) then the Corporation Tax Return will be prepared and filed along with the accounts which are also filed with Companies House.
